Data Access

AI Agile Assistant accesses Jira Issues using official Jira REST APIs and Atlassian-provided WebSockets.
The app reads limited issue data, including:

• Issue title

• Issue description

• Issue status and workflow context

No personal user data is accessed.

Data Storage

The app does not permanently store customer or user data.

Limited Jira issue data is temporarily cached on https://app.dreitor.com, hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure, solely to support AI-based insight generation.
The databases are built with Neon as the underlying service, and all data stored within them is automatically encrypted at rest.

Data Transmission

Data is transmitted securely using TLS encryption between:

• Atlassian Forge and Jira Cloud

• Atlassian Forge and app.dreitor.com

Personal Data

AI Agile Assistant does not collect, store, or process personally identifiable information (PII), including names, email addresses, or account IDs.

Data Usage

All data is used exclusively to generate Agile insights for the requesting Jira tenant.
Data is not used for analytics across tenants, marketing purposes, or AI model training.

Third-Party Services

The app uses the following infrastructure providers:

• Atlassian Forge (application runtime and security controls)

• Google Cloud Platform (temporary caching and AI processing)

No data is shared with third parties beyond these services.

Security

AI Agile Assistant follows Atlassian Marketplace security requirements and Atlassian Forge security guidelines.
Encryption in transit and at rest is enforced by Atlassian and Google Cloud.
