This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Dreitor for the use of AI Agile Assistant.

1 ) License Grant

The Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software under the terms of this EULA.

2) Permitted Use

The User may use the Software to view summaries of how many days an issue spent in each status in Jira.

3) Restrictions

The User may not:

• Copy, modify, or redistribute the Software without permission;

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code;

• Use the Software for illegal or harmful activities.

4) Ownership

The Software is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The license does not transfer ownership to the User.

5) Disclaimer

The Software is provided “as-is” without warranties. The Licensor is not liable for any damages arising from its use.

6) Termination

This license terminates immediately if the User violates any terms. Upon termination, the User must uninstall and delete all copies of the Software
